Location is good staff is also good. Kuta beach is just 3-4 minutes walking distance. there is one gujarat restaurant at 2-3 minutes walk which is pure vegetarian and one another good Indian restaurant name Ruchira. There are limited hair drier in hotel and which is provided on request, I got hair drier after two days...everything else is good

The staff is all good. Just waited for 2.5 hours to check in. Although i already informed them the timing when i will come from airport to check in. But they didn't do anything about that. And the rooftop pool's water is not clean and they refused to give me breakfast on first day. Because of their timing issues. I said them it's common to get tired after 10 hours flight. That's why i didn't wake up at time. I'm just 5 minutes late than their given time and they refused to give me breakfast. They said sorry, we can't do anything. It's all done. Then they offered me bread with jam. But i didn't want bread because which i paid for is much better than bread.

Rooms are not cleaned properly. So many insect i found on my bed and pillows are also not neat and clean. I request to staff that kindly clean my room properly because i visited along with my family they just ok sir But they didn’t nothing. White pillows became yellow with dirt. I just felt that only location and food is too good but room cleansing is not so good. They have to buy new bed-sheet and pillow cover.

The photos shown in the review is not original. They gave us a room in another building which is next to their hotel, but that’s a college not the hotel. The room was in a condition that I couldn’t stay their for a minute. I asked to them to give me the room in the hotel only and not the college, they said they have this only.
