The staff is all good. Just waited for 2.5 hours to check in. Although i already informed them the timing when i will come from airport to check in. But they didn't do anything about that. And the rooftop pool's water is not clean and they refused to give me breakfast on first day. Because of their timing issues. I said them it's common to get tired after 10 hours flight. That's why i didn't wake up at time. I'm just 5 minutes late than their given time and they refused to give me breakfast. They said sorry, we can't do anything. It's all done. Then they offered me bread with jam. But i didn't want bread because which i paid for is much better than bread.

Location is good staff is also good. Kuta beach is just 3-4 minutes walking distance. there is one gujarat restaurant at 2-3 minutes walk which is pure vegetarian and one another good Indian restaurant name Ruchira. There are limited hair drier in Arenaa Star Hotel and which is provided on request, I got hair drier after two days...everything else is good

Overall experience is good for Arenaa Star Hotel it is very near to Masjid Jamek metro station and very close to indian pure vegetarian restaurants
