The hotel washroom got locked in the morning and the hotel authorities started blaming us. They did not even have keys for the door and they themselves told that this was not the first time. Hotel authorities were not helpful. We had a terrible time here. We could not use basic bathroom facilities and the hotel did not make any effort to make our stay comfortable
