This tea was pleasant a lovely sea view from both the side of the premier Sweet room. Food was amazing. The staff over there are coming. The most loved was the reception, and the beauty was the chandelier.

We stayed in the best possible room on the top (20th) floor, a beautiful suite with an amazing view and plenty of space. The location is unbeatable, right across from the beach, and the swimming pool was fantastic. A couple of areas for improvement though: the furniture could be updated to feel a bit more modern, and it would be nice to have small touches like daily fruit refills. Vegetarian breakfast options were limited, and while breakfast technically runs till 10 AM, they started clearing things by 9:50, which was a little disappointing. That said, the overall experience was really good. We loved the spacious, comfortable room and would definitely recommend the hotel for a relaxing stay by the beach.

The hotel is easily reachable and has the best spot in front of My Khe Beach. It has the best view of the beach. All amenities are available such as gym, spa, swimming pool, money exchange. You can exchange USD at any time from the reception. The staff is very polite and respectful.

Our recent stay at the hotel was overall okay, but our experience with the buffet breakfast was quite disappointing. While the first day went fine, on the following two days, no proper food was arranged for us simply because we were vegetarians. A buffet breakfast should cater to all guests, but we were completely ignored as if we didn't belong. What was even more upsetting was the behavior of the staff. Instead of clearing the table properly while serving, they kept placing things on top of our belongings, showing a complete lack of basic courtesy. We genuinely felt discriminated against — not just for being vegetarian, but also for being Indian. This kind of treatment was disrespectful and deeply disappointing.

I was given an ocean facing room on the 17th floor. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were supportive too. Currency exchange is also available at the Grand Tourane Hotel Da Nang.
