The property location was excellent and even cleanliness only issue was that during checkin i had to deposit security amount and the card reader of the reception was not appropriate though i had adequate limit and the staff was unable to help but after many insistance and even changing my password didn’t work so it took me time to check in after sometime the same staff tried directly from his system and it worked as there was fault in card reader so please update to new system

Location is good, but the hotel charged an excess amount. We have to pay 20 dollars extra for parking in the hotel premises. Moreover, hotel charge extra amount, this booking was from the third party. The rooms are average.

Terrible Stay

Never stay in this hotel, one is being cold, other is being rude, unhelpful and rude front desk staff. Seems the rooms are never cleaned. The rooms stink and the carpets are dusty, airconditioners noisy, if your allergic to dust never stay in this hotel. It's a waste for such a hefty price u have better hotels like hyatt palace and others in vicinity, there is nothing great abt the location. The lifts are noisy, dirty and scary when it moves. I guess it's just luck that the building is standing, with zero maintainence, upkeep and housekeeping. I haven't seen a hotel where staff is least bothered, they got their money.

Other than the location, the hotel was very ordinary. Renovation work is going on and the hotel lobby is in bad shape. Probably wrong timing. They should have mentioned this at the time of booking.

All over it is good experience

The hotel was really good and very near to the falls. There were very minute cons, I guess it doesn't bother anyone for one night stay. The exhaust in the bathroom was not working, The room was hotter than outside even when the heater was not ON. They do not give complimentary Breakfast. Room was cozy. Overall the experience was good for the night I stayed.

Great rate, clean room, top location for seeing Niagara falls tons of eating options just next door one washing machine and one dryer in the hotel. We did not try food. A good swimming pool is available. Rooms were good sized.
