Radisson Blu Hotel, London Euston Square (formerly Grafton)

This was a lovely stay in an extremely convenient location. The room was clean (albeit a bit small for the price) and the facilities were all fine, the staff was helpful and efficient. Will certainly consider staying here again.

The single bed rooms are super tiny. There isnt enough room to keep the luggage. The location is good and right next to tube station.

had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in London. The rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the nearest tube station and close to many major attractions. Very well connected by metro/bus to major areas of central london, esp Soho/covent garden. One star deducted because they went out of bottled water one night.

Rooms are small but location and Cleanliness were excellent. One of the best places to stay is shopping is on your agenda and experiencing the London Vibe is a priority. It was amazing. The location was perfect, less than a minute from the tube station. Room was great and spacious. Bed was super comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. Room service was excellent as well. Will definitely recommend.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with MakeMyTrip during my recent stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Euston Square, London. Despite having a confirmed booking, MakeMyTrip failed to provide the hotel with the necessary booking confirmation not just on the day of check-in (26th) but also on the 27th. As a result, I spent two full days constantly calling and following up with MakeMyTrip, which completely disrupted my plans. This was a serious lapse in service, and not something expected from a reputed travel platform. I want to clarify that I have absolutely no complaints against the hotel or its staff. In fact, Vivian and Soniya from Radisson Blu were extremely helpful and professional, providing me with all possible support during this stressful situation. Their hospitality is what salvaged an otherwise frustrating experience. Though MakeMyTrip has promised compensation, the inconvenience and mental stress I went through cannot be compensated. MakeMyTrip – never again. Radisson Blu – definitely coming back.

If is a nice hotel with good facilities and helpful staff. The location is also great next to Warren Street underground and also bus stops nearby. The are enormous food options including veg just below the hotel at a walking distance.

one of the best locations in London. Next to the Metro station. Trafalgar square is walkable distance Check in was swift and within a minute. The front desk staff were too good. Would recommend for business as well holiday travellers to check this out. The breakfast spread was value for money. Nice spread, nicely arranged to avoid any rush.

Location is very convenient. Easily accessible. Food quality is average I would say eat outside. Service timings are good. I’m writing this to raise my concern as hotel staff entered my room without my concern in the early morning at 0630am. Again same incident happened at 0715am. I didn’t order anything from the restaurant nor did I request for any cleaning service or anything, so how they can do this twice? This was really disappointing as I couldn’t sleep after that and I was with my family. This should be reported as staying at good hotel I didn’t expect this. I hope someone is reading this and replies back to me!!! Thanks

I stayed at Raddison Blu London euston Square during 8 day long trip to London, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The lobby felt modern and upscale, setting the tone for the stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with a comfy bed, great Wi-Fi, The bathroom was sleek and stocked with quality toiletries.
