Nice location, but interiors are still old and lot of maintenance is reqd. London is costly and i found only this hotel cheap i. E. 20000 per night and same hotel in india we can get for 3000 only for sure

I am a regular visitor to this hotel and have stayed number of times in the same hotel. However, I have noticed a very disappointing response of the staff every time when it comes to a request for a little late check out. Their response is always that the hotel is completely sold out. This time I checked on the internet that any number of rooms were available for booking at the time when the staff told me that the hotel was completely sold out. We had stayed for a week with two rooms and it was disappointing to note that we were asked to check out at 11 am despite the hotel being not so much sold out. It will be a good gesture on the part of the hotel to accommodate small requests from the guests which may account for bigger convenience for them.

Very poor hospitality. We had to carry our bags back and forth inspire of a porter being present. We had to remind them to clean the rooms several times. Location is good though. We were allotted a poor room initially and insisted on changing it.
