I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location is very convenient and easily accessible. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Terrible Stay

The hotel charged us a lot of deposit up front(around 1000 aed) which was very weird. Other weren’t charged who were checking in beside us. Not sure why the discrimination. Also during checkout they mentioned the amount will be wired back to the same card within the next few days. It has been nearly a month. Haven’t received the deposit yet. Will never stay here.

Everyting was excellent but make my trip made my check-in terrible, hotel staff they were saying u dont have a any reservation with us, because mm t they haven't send booking confirmation to the hotel which makes me frustrated, i waited almost more than 30 mins to get the check-in

It is an understatement to say that the hotel is wonderful. The facilities and service is excellent and superb. I enjoyed a lot in the restaurant and the food here is amazingly delightful. However, what amazed me the most in my stay is the infinity pool. I have to say that the view from the pool is spectacular and majestic, you are able to view the whole downtown dubai from here. In conclusion, i had a pleasant time staying in this hotel.
