Poor Stay

Absolute lack of common sense and courtesy in the staff at reception desk. 1. I asked if they could have some of my clothes ironed, they sent the iron and ironing board to my room. 2. No contact information in the room to reception. 3. I asked for an additional blanket. Sent blanket and cover separately asking me to put on the cover myself. 4. Had to go down to the reception to collect water bottles from them coz they refused to send it to the room. Insisted that i pay at the moment and not while check out. The only good thing about this hotel is the location, rest everything was below par.

Rooftop restaurant is really worth mentioning. It has a very close view of the blue mosque, haifa sophia and the water front. The food quality of the restaurant is very good. In my next visit i would certainly prefer to stay here.
