The location is great , 40 min drive from the airport. They have a variety of Indian vegetarian food options from Aloo parathas to masala dosa. Room was super spacious and clean. they have private beach which was well maintained. all the staff members were polite and helpful. overall I had a great time staying here

Overall good experience at the property with nice room and view, food was good in general and nice spread for breakfast. Chef during breakfast time was very courteous and always asked for anything specific we will be keen to order and indeed everything he suggested and made for us was very tasty. Check in was at 3 pm though we were at resort by 9 so that was inconvenient and expected a little earlier check in but a spa room was given for few hours which was very helpful. Also breakfast on arrival day wasn’t charged so good gesture. Staff overall courteous though one main feedback is that it wasn’t consistent. Some staff were asking regularly how our stay is but some were not. As an example one manager in blue t shirt during breakfast time and even seen during dinner (not the older one with specs) never even once came to our table and asked how the stay was. Head manager never asked either until i bumped into him at the breakfast and then he said how’s everything and gave him the feedback. Asked for travel adapter and took 2 days to give. On day 1 kid menu wasn’t shared or mentioned and we fed our 22 month daughter adult food which she is not used to. Asked for a ground floor room as we had to climb stairs but was told to pay 1000 euro for the same. Room is exactly the same and wasn’t a good gesture knowing we have a small kid. It didn’t appear at all whole property was fully booked so was surprising to see this. Beach is nice and clean and scenic. Priority is nice and maintained well with good location to cover areas in south side of mauritius. Kids menu was very good and we ordered from day 2 and it was really nice and not charged. One day breakfast box was arranged when we had early dolphin tour which is nice. Spa was really good and we had a nice experience. Bar service at beach and pool area is good. Dutch person during dinner was very nice and asked for feedback on stay and we shared with him and post that it became better. Also lulu was very nice and warm and checked in on us. Sheila was good. Couple of other female staff were also good mainly during breakfast time met them.

The hotel is in a very nice location. Price of food too expensive (one plate of palak paneer high in Indian rupees). And taste of poori and aalu was worst. Western breakfast was good.

Overall good experience at the property with nice room and view, food was good in general and nice spread for breakfast. Chef during breakfast time was very courteous and always asked for anything specific we will be keen to order and indeed everything he suggested and made for us was very tasty. Check in was at 3 pm though we were at resort by 9 so that was inconvenient and expected a little earlier check in but a spa room was given for few hours which was very helpful. Also breakfast on arrival day wasn’t charged so good gesture. Staff overall courteous though one main feedback is that it wasn’t consistent. Some staff were asking regularly how our stay is but some were not. As an example one manager in blue t shirt during breakfast time and even seen during dinner (not the older one with specs) never even once came to our table and asked how the stay was. Head manager never asked either until i bumped into him at the breakfast and then he said how’s everything and gave him the feedback. Asked for travel adapter and took 2 days to give. On day 1 kid menu wasn’t shared or mentioned and we fed our 22 month daughter adult food which she is not used to. Asked for a ground floor room as we had to climb stairs but was told to pay 1000 euro for the same. Room is exactly the same and wasn’t a good gesture knowing we have a small kid. It didn’t appear at all whole property was fully booked so was surprising to see this. Beach is nice and clean and scenic. Priority is nice and maintained well with good location to cover areas in south side of mauritius. Kids menu was very good and we ordered from day 2 and it was really nice and not charged. One day breakfast box was arranged when we had early dolphin tour which is nice. Spa was really good and we had a nice experience. Bar service at beach and pool area is good. Dutch person during dinner was very nice and asked for feedback on stay and we shared with him and post that it became better. Also lulu was very nice and warm and checked in on us. Sheila was good. Couple of other female staff were also good mainly during breakfast time met them.

The Shanti Maurice resort & Spa is in a very nice location. Price of food too expensive (one plate of palak paneer high in Indian rupees). And taste of poori and aalu was worst. Western breakfast was good.

The location is great , 40 min drive from the airport. They have a variety of Indian vegetarian food options from Aloo parathas to masala dosa. Room was super spacious and clean. they have private beach which was well maintained. all the staff members were polite and helpful. overall I had a great time staying here
