Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable, the staff were helpful and accommodative. One suggestion to improve service is that staff should be more proficient in Spoken English, they are not comfortable in understanding and replying

In English, I managed to get by speaking in Tamil to the many Indian employees there. The hotel should also have the concierge have more details of the local sights and sounds and provide the guests with printed details and directions.

Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable, the staff were helpful and accommodative. One suggestion to improve service is that staff should be more proficient in Spoken English, they are not comfortable in understanding and replying

In English, I managed to get by speaking in Tamil to the many Indian employees there. The The Light Hotel Penang should also have the concierge have more details of the local sights and sounds and provide the guests with printed details and directions.

This is the second time I am staying in this The Light Hotel Penang and it has always been a great experience. Very clean and neat rooms. The breakfast is amazing even though I am a vegetarian. Travelling for business, I cannot ask for a better deal.

I traveled for business trip to this Hotel. Hotel ambience was nice, however I faced little issues with internet speed. Very less options for vegetarian people in breakfast menu and they have same vegetarian options for everyday.
