the hotel the main road. the room 102 is on the road side.. lot of noise and unable to sleep and completely disturbance. there is no restaurant in the hotel. they have tied up some other food joint and mix of everything those looking for vegetarian only. but hotel surrounded with many Indian restaurant and easy access by metro to move around the city is easy. ac is not great for the entire room only blowing opp to the 1 bed. 24 hrs hot water is good. staff and reception team welcome well. They didn't clean the room since I stayed for 3 nights. though the low budget hotel. thinks need to improve.

Horrible room service and room. Staff was all good only the lady on front desk her behaviour was very rude. I have asked her Toilet paper she didn’t provide . Room were not cleaned Aunt & inspects were found in room. Rooms were very small.

There are two hotels of same name nearby and they are excellent to stay in, from hotel you can easily go to kl sentral mall and metro, train, food and shops are there in the mall. The hotel is in little india, so you get good food options. The hotel staff is very helpful.

The property is centrally located and very close to kl sentral lrt and mrt which gives a great ease of access to various parts of the city. Surrounding areas have a lot of indian food options as well. The My Hotel @ Sentral staff are friendly and approachable. The rooms were also quite good and budget friendly place.

The stay war awareness, the staffs were very friendly and the My Hotel @ Sentral was clean and i would say is best for indians. It’s located in the centre of the city and you also get good indian cuisine nearby, both veg and non veg

The Hotel location is very much near to KL sentral. Many Restaurants serving Indian, Bangladeshi, Malay, Chinese food in both Vegeterian & Non Vegeterian. The room was clean with good air and sunlight and AC worked very well.

Excellent location, great city view. Best part is that the KL Sentral station and mall is just round the corner. Clean rooms. The rooms are cleaned every day and toiletries are provided. Prefer room with a window.
