The hotel is two kilometres away from haneda airport. They run a frequent shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. The hotel is very clean and room size, while small, is quite practical and bigger than many hotels in japan where i have stayed in the past.

Very close to a subway station: walkable distance: this is great for tourists like us. The front desk people were very co operative and polite. But the rooms were tiny. It seems this is related not to this hotel but to the country as whole. But still there should be enough space to walk around the bed if luggage is lying on floor. : There is no extra space for luggage in the room like almirah etc. There was too much heating in the room which could not be reduced in any way. So we could not sleep at night. The front office expressed that it was a standard policy related to outside cold weather and they could not reduce the heat inside room if they wanted to the breakfast tariff was out of line with others in the area.
