Wrong room. Terrible support from makemytrip.

I booked for japanese style single room with a/c but got only normal room with fan. Tv not operatable. Makemytrip customer care couldn't help with the issue of the room. Requested to raise ticket but not received one yet. Not sure if i get compensated for the downgraded room

Cycling in Osaka and self cooked food

Very homely setup. Right outside a metro stop although a little away from city centre. Lots of free amenities, cute Common room plus low cost bicycle rental! We stayed for 4 nights and used the facilities to do all laundry and home cooked food - served as a recharging point for our 2 month long trip. The hotel staff were very friendly and polite. The only thing is that the public Bath is in their sister hotel taiyo, which is 60m away but in a different building. Showers are available 24h.
