Ac not working & staff couldn't help

Upon check-in found the room ac not working. Made several request but no help from reception 7 reservation desk. Had to finally change the hotel paying extra cost.

One of the best hotels to stay in Florence

Good location, next to flee market, 10 min walk from tram/train station. Big rooms with bathtub and nice street view. Florence is a very small city, so one can practically cover the city by foot in a day, so almost all hotel locations are convenient. Very friendly and helpful staff and energetic breakfast service. A 3 star hotel, much better than some of the 4 star hotels in Italy.

Hotel room was OK. But bathroom was pathetic. It was very smaller . No basic facilities at room and do not hold any information about city. Breakfast was good. No mineral water at room. Blanket was itching and very low quality. Bathroom looked like was for a child. Bathroom kit was also given of very cheap quality. The biggest issue was no WiFi. How hotel is given 3 star have no idea.

Very near to the train station. Service was very good. Decent breakfast spread. Decent size rooms. Washrooms were on the smaller size a little cramped. They can do with a restaurant inside the hotel although they have a bar open till 12. All in all a nice cozy hotel.
