I didn't like staff asking me at the welcome meeting would you like to keep a deposit with us to pay for utilities you use. They should ask only after I utilize a service and request them to collect it while I am checking out. Also it is disgraceful to inquire guests several times whether the a bill is paid or not. One person should deal with a guest and collect the charges for any service.
Hotel staff should consider special/specific requests in the context and not process them by a universal policy.

I didn't like staff asking me at the welcome meeting would you like to keep a deposit with us to pay for utilities you use. They should ask only after I utilize a service and request them to collect it while I am checking out. Also it is disgraceful to inquire guests several times whether the a bill is paid or not. One person should deal with a guest and collect the charges for any service.
Hotel staff should consider special/specific requests in the context and not process them by a universal policy.

Good Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta. But the room was too small for 3 people. Extra bed was just inserted on the middle. It would help if they deny this room for 3 people.

The Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta is an excellent place for holidaying. The Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta ambience is great. Staff are nice and helpful. Food was very good. Overall our stay was very good.
