Good hotel. But the room was too small for 3 people. Extra bed was just inserted on the middle. It would help if they deny this room for 3 people.

I didn't like staff asking me at the welcome meeting would you like to keep a deposit with us to pay for utilities you use. They should ask only after I utilize a service and request them to collect it while I am checking out. Also it is disgraceful to inquire guests several times whether the a bill is paid or not. One person should deal with a guest and collect the charges for any service.
Hotel staff should consider special/specific requests in the context and not process them by a universal policy.
