Good, value for money room. Nice hotel, decent location. Rooms are good. Can book if in Seminyak. Breakfast is reasonable. Staff is fine. They have shuttle bus to the beach, through the beach is not clean

For a nice laid back experience

It is one of the several homestays in ubud. Quite well located and depending on where you get out up. The cleanliness and comfort of your room will differ. Praety 1 will have the roosters croaking around the clock issue. Although the breakfast tastes much nicer in Praety 1. Praety 2 is a newer property so cleaner and more comfortable. But post the breakfast time you won't find any staff around. So right from water to getting your transport queries answered to anything else... You're basically on your own. More of a quiet white people place where you stay in your corner (room and balcony) and quietly go on about your business. Upon coming here I found way cheaper homestays with similar facilities. In general prices are better than booking online. The breakfast indeed is a winner.
