Turned back to this hotel again after 6 months with my office colleague. But experience was extremely unpleasant this time. Honestly embarrassing as I had showered praise for this Hotel to my colleague. On check in, I was given a hotel which is adjacent to reception (20m away). The door of the room literally opens to the side of the reception counter. Not to mention this was surely uncomfortable. I mentioned the same to reception but there was no solution provided. Not returning back again. Advice to Hotel: Not a good way to treat your old customers.

Welcoming staff, good service, great location, clean hygienic rooms. Never had any issues during my 2 night stay here. Complementary Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment but that won't stop me from coming back here.
