Achat Comfort City is the best hotel for stay in Frankfurt, Connectivity to Messe is perfect, and amenities provided by hotel is perfect as well.

This is the only Hotel where I have experienced worst customer service during travel in europe. My check in was delayed. I was not communicated about the emergency evacuation a day after. Very unfriendly staff I would never recommend stay at this Hotel.

Was not allowed Check-in on time had to wait for Check-In. There was emergency evacuation but no accommodation provided to the nearby Achat Hotels. Hotel staff was not friendly at all. I hated my stay in ACHAT. would never recommend this hotel. Experienced terrible customer service. Please do not go!
