Don’t judge a book by its cover. This place is definitely not worth the money. They advertise a luxurious experience, but the reality is far from it. The rooms are just okay—not luxurious at all—and there’s nothing else to make up for it. The service was frustrating during my stay. I had to call reception multiple times just to get water, and even then, they sent only half of what I asked for. When I needed cutlery, no matter how many times I requested it, I never got any. What stood out most was how differently they treat their guests. I traveled as a small family, and even though we arrived early for check-in, they prioritized a group of travelers who came after us. It was clear we were not their priority. They market themselves as a wellness resort, but there’s no wellness aspect at all—just the rooms. I was interested in their advertised activities, like the spa, fitness sessions, and bread-making classes, but every time I asked, I was told they were “temporarily unavailable.” The pool was there, but since it wasn’t temperature-controlled, it wasn’t exactly enjoyable. Visiting during a festival turned out to be a bad decision. They organized a special dinner, but I wasn’t included on the guest list. With the property being far from the city and no nearby restaurants, I was left with no dining options at all that evening. In my experience, this place is all about appearances and hype, with no substance to back it up. It’s definitely not worth the price or the disappointment.
