The place is well maintained and has a white spot restaurant adjoining it. Smoking in rooms and in the hotel is not allowed. They have shuttle services to and from the airport which is 10 mins away.

I was on business trip and just landed Vancouver from India after Long journey of 16 hours flight. Since, my flight timing was early in morning I reached Hotel by 8.30 in morning and as per Hotel policy the check-in time was at 3 Pm in noon. I requested them if they could give me room but they told that I was early and can't give me the room as it's Hotel policy. They told me that they could accommodate me by at least 12 PM. It was just horrible. After coming from Long journey and they were expecting me to spend another 3 to 4 hours in Hotel lobby that too I spend another 2.5 hour in Hotel lobby and thanks the another lady who seems to be Indian. I think on reception desk and she gave me the room at 11 PM. I think they should charge for early check-in and at least give the room so that person who has come from Long flight could at least relax after getting the room. Rest everything was fine but check-in procedure was not appreciated.

Reputed group of hotels across the country. The proximity of the hotel to the airport makes it really convenient for the tourists visiting Vancouver. The Bus stop is right in front of the hotel so the commute is much smoother and simpler. Worth the money for the location and the staff were really helpful and understanding. Definitely staying here again on my next visit to YVR.

Coast Vancouver BC Canada hotel is nearly airport bus stop at foot steps and sky train station is 15 minutes walking distance McDonald's and subway is also near by staff was friendly on front desk rest is OK.

The hotel lobby was clean and fresh looking and most likely it has been recently renovated. The elevator and halls were dated and did not bode well for what to expect from the room. The room we had was the single worst room I have ever stayed in. The bathroom looked as if it had been in operation since the late 70's and in need of a serious update, or at least a thorough cleaning. The hair dryer had been pulled from the wall and never reattached. Many holes in the walls that had not been addressed. The tissue in the bathroom was so foul looking that I am sure it would glow bright white under a UV light and I dare not to touch it. The carpet in the room was worn out and was very gross. The TV was at least 20 years old and a CRT. (My 10 year old had never seen such a TV). I would never stay at this hotel again.

You can take the help of the help desk to call them in case you do not have international roaming activated. Clean and safe surrounding.
