The hotel was quite good staffs was very frndly but the problem was the laundry take time thats it rest everything was good.

I come to Dubai for business four to six times a year, I stay in a hotel every time, but this time my experience at this Garden City Hotel was as bad as I have ever been anywhere else. Especially the guy who works at their reception is quite unprofessional, immature and doesn't know how to talk to guests at all. I heard him say to himself that he was mean to a guest and said "he took a room of and asked for towels too". Do you understand that a guest can't ask for towels just because he took a room ? The guest is not to get a discount, he took it because you gave it to him, right? Also, their service is very bad, after staying at that hotel for four days, I booked the entire month and my booking was fixed with them for an amount, but later they forced me to change the room at the end of the month saying that their room rent had increased and they shifted me to a smaller room They never respect the guests but instead they go around them,. I will never stay in this hotel again and I will never let anyone.

The management refused to give us the room as they said we have issues with makemytrip. N they asked us to pay 150 extra which we refused. After a long argument with our little baby and tired whole day, coming from alain, we were able to get the room. The bed sheets were dirty, we had to get them changed

The hotel was really clean, the food was amazing as well as the staff. It is close to the bus stop and 20min walk from the metro station so no worries regarding transport. Overall good hotel in a decent location.

Food was not good, very low quality. Plus they didn't had variety. Location is okay considering the booking amount, and facilities too were okay. Plus the staff was good.
