We didn’t get our rooms on time, and to make matters worse, they allotted our room to someone else—unbelievable! The rooms were extremely dirty, and no one responded to our calls from the room, whether for housekeeping or reception. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The only positive thing about this hotel is its location—everything else was a letdown.

This is the worst hotel one can expect in all aspects anyone can imagine. It took them more than 3 hrs for the checkin process. After that they took 1 hr to send my luggage in room. I need iron which they didn’t send at all. I called up thrice for water bottle. There is hardly any staff for assistance. I have no worda for Morning breakfast buffet, I could only eat bread and butter and coffee. The staff was opening bread packets in front of the guests and arranging; butter was out of stock for almost half n hr. Room hygiene was worst, no one cared to change dirty bed sheets even once during my 4 nights stay. And worst of all, during check out after almost 45 minutes of waiting I was not given hard copy of the bill because their printer was not working. The staff clicked a picture of the bill from a phone and that’s it.

The conditions were the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel. My room was unclean, with old and worn-out furniture and floors that were visibly dirty. The bathroom lacked basic amenities like towels, and there was no room cleaning service available. Due to these unacceptable conditions, I was forced to check out after only one night, despite having booked and paid for two. I expect a full refund for the unused night. I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this matte

Hi Team, Receiving at hotel lounge it's a very bad experience. Room cleaning charges extra collected at the time of check-in. No cleaning during our stay. No service at all. Very bad experience never ever book this type of hotel. Not worthy for money.

I am in the hotel now for 2 days, no towels, no housekeeping service, no phone working. Reception do not care about any complaints. The lifts is a mission to as it is manly used by staff to travel between levels and think it is a joke when you ask them why don't they use the staff service lift. This is the worst service I seen in Dubai. Owner need to change staff and management as they do not care and the hotel have huge potential.

Starting with the receptionist, the service was extremely poor. She asked me to pay 30 dirhams for a cleaning fee, but the room was very dirty, as if it were not a hotel room at all. In addition, when I wanted to park my car, the security guard told me that the lower floors were full and that I had to park my car on the 11th floor, which is unreasonable and unacceptable since the parking lot is in another building and not in the same building as the hotel. It’s a very bad experience and I don’t recommended at all

pathetic, not expected from hotel in Dubai. no room service, uncleaned rooms everyday. No towels, door matt provided. Hot water was for namesake. Room door lock were not functioning. had to go reception everytime to reset the door keys

The property is very run down. Rooms are very very bad. There were no towels, soaps or any toiletries when I checked in. I had to go down 19 floors to get towels as no one picked up the phones at reception or house keeping. They charged me additional AED 20 per day as cleaning charges when there was no cleaning ever done. The breakfast was very mediocre. In short it was the worst hotel I ever stayed in

Because of change in management they have horrible services not cleaning room and no one is responsible here they are ready to give breakfast otherwise they were telling your voucher is not updated for breakfast by Makemytrip and Makemytrip was not replying to our concern that was very horrible experience please don’t book any room here in this hotel .
