Good Stay
My review as below : Location : Excellent. All of our daily & entertainment needs are at walking distance. Al Fahedi Metro is very near n easily walkable. Food : No restaurant at this hotel. Only limited spread breakfast is being served but its not worth it as lot of breakfast spots are nearby. Facilities: Average . Old hotel. Housekeeping : Daily cleaning n good staff . Especially one girl by the name SARU who used to clean my room was very good . Used to clean the room very neat n clean. One minus point is small n leaking n water logging bathroom. Front office : Shortage of staff in front office. Check in takes time n attending complaints also slow. Overall good stay due to the location n staff.
Poor Stay
I recently stayed at Tulip Hotel Apartment Bur Dubai and had a very disappointing experience. The room service was poor and unresponsive, and the overall room hygiene was not up to the mark. The swimming pool was extremely unhygienic and clearly not maintained properly. Additionally, fresh towels were not provided daily, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the cleanliness and service quality were far below expectations. I hope the management takes serious action to improve these issues.

Very horrible experience with tulip hotel & their staff, we have booked 2 rooms 1 month back & when we went , they gave one room in 1st floor & 1room in 2nd floors , geasers aren’t working in any of their rooms, staff behaviour is very rude and they don’t even answer properly, plss don’t book this and go here
The dirtiest and most unhygienic hotel I have ever stayed in
This was our first time booking it was a terrible experience. We booked two studio rooms with kitchens for two couples and our infants, but what we found was shocking. The rooms had stains on the bed sheets, dirty pillows, and a strong, unpleasant smell that made my wife vomit. The bathrooms were wet, taps were leaking, and the overall hygiene was unacceptable. When we complained, the staff showed us other rooms, but every single one was in the same bad condition. We immediately checked out, took back our deposit, This property looks completely different from what’s shown
Terrible Stay
Terrible Experience – Never Staying Again! We had one of the worst experiences at Tulip Hotel Apartments, Bur Dubai. The receptionist’s behaviour was extremely rude and unprofessional. We had just checked in when they refused to allow my roommate to check in without any valid reason or courtesy. The way the staff handled the situation was completely unacceptable — no respect, no hospitality, and zero customer service. We were so disappointed that we left the property immediately after check-in. I would never recommend this place to anyone who values good service or basic manners from hotel staff. There are far better hotels in Dubai that actually care about their guests.

Very rude receptionist no towels zero housekeeping and they inflate the prices to double to insispecting Indians who enquire at the front desk.

the staff do not listen. TV did not work . I asked for technician they never came. asked for hand towel never came.. asked for extra mat they never came. the apartment is okay the shower area is very small

The maintenance of the rooms are pathetic. House keeping is worst. It is just the location of the property due to which I lived there.

The Property location is really good but the house keeping is terrible, the lights of the room dont work, bathrooms were not clean, shower does'nt work properly. If you complain about it they hardly listen.

The washroom Taps not working, shower tap also . We complained at reception many times but the at reception reply that maintenance not possible now . It was a Three days booking .Nobody came to repair this . Kitch sink was blocked . They make it clear on next day . I don’t understand that they are asking for security deposit before check in but it’s not good until they are selling a good product.
