The staff were nice and helpful that's the only good thing about the hotel. There were cockroaches in the room. We had a broken washbasin and a flush that hardly worked. Normally I never give reviews on MMT but thought of doing so this time. if you can afford an international holiday, you can afford a better stay.

It was an excellent stay at Ocean Edge Hotels. Not only was the breakfast good, the rooms were equally good. They were very big and spacious and had all the amenities. The staff was overwhelming polite and sweet too. Location was excellent as well as it was facing the Indian Ocean.

1. We reached the hotel at 5 pm but had to wait for 30 mins to check in. 2. The room was not cleaned and we found so many human hairs lying on the bed and floors. 3. The wash room was not cleaned and toiletries were not provided. 4. There were no telephones available at hotel room. So in emergency, you can't contact with reception also. 5. Breakfast is very bad. Overall a very poor experience

The location is little inside from the main road. It appears to be an old property and the doors in the bedroom and bathroom never worked, couldn't close. Rooms have facilities like ac, fridge, stove, oven etc. The breakfast spread was average too. But there were flies in the dining area.

An Absolute Disgrace – Calling This a 4-Star Hotel Is Fraudulent

Staying at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The room was disgusting. Filthy, unsanitized, and reeking of a stench so foul it was hard to breathe. The mould-covered walls were not only revolting but a blatant health hazard—does this place even meet basic safety regulations? It’s appalling that this hotel has the audacity to call itself 4-star. The state of the room wouldn’t even pass for 1-star accommodation. It felt like zero effort was made to clean, maintain, or care for the space. Clearly, the management prioritizes profits over guests’ comfort and well-being. Do yourself a favor—avoid this place like the plague. There’s no excuse for such blatant negligence. If you book here, be prepared to check out as soon as you step into your room.
