Trains passing right through the hotel 24/7, noise levels are extremely high, so beware. Swimming pool made my 2 children fall sick on first day. You have to walk over an unsafe railway line to reach the beach. Rooms are old and not maintained. Electric sockets missing, so you can't charge your phones etc. No WiFi in rooms. No phones to reach reception. Reception closes at 10.30. Uber eats and Uber helped us survive. Will never recommend, will never go back, wasted holiday.

Worst stay during my 6 days travel. Bathrooms are too small. Room stinks. No proper water flow. Took 30min to have a normal shower. Hardware in the bathroom is poor and makes you feel disgusting. Took a room with breakfast yet food variety for breakfast was fixed and anything extra was being charged.

Worst experience as travelers, I won't suggest this hotel to anyone. Website photos are good but on the reality don't expect it is far away from the city. I won't refer to any one regarding this hotel very bad experience air conditioning is not working properly.

It is located right next to the beach. The room looked a bit old but it was clean. Water only drips from the shower. But if you are looking for a low cost place right next to the beach then this is a decent place. The breakfast was good. The staff are friendly. You get WiFi only at the lobby

Nice hotel just located in stone throw distance from beach .. Initially given room was having issues then changed to another room which was OK. Had good stay for 3 nights. As the hotel is convenient to reach Colombo, beach etc, it was very comfortable for sight seeing. Staff are good and helpful. Most of them can speak Tamil also.

The rooms are very old. The service is not so good. Even the morning breakfast is not so good. If you are going for a business trip then please don't go for this hotel, it's very interior. Only the beach is a plus point.

The WiFi is available only in the lobby area. Not much options in the breakfast for Indian vegterian people. Adjacent to railway track is very big problem. Towels are very old and there is not sheet / blanket in non A. C rooms. Staff's behaviour is good.
