I choose this hotel as i saw it as four star hotel. But as soon as i checked in, I checked out because of the worst condition of room. 0 star for cleanliness and maintenance of room. Also the behaviour of staff when question this issue was unfair. They even didn’t refund the booking charges. This time the experience was really disappointing.

Since the day before we came we ask them by call but the way they answer the call so rude and not professional and when we are on arrival there is no parking and the valet guy didn't even helpful l for us and we need to find it by ourselve and the worst thing we need to walk 10 mins from the parking area to the hotel for 2 days so this are the first and the last time will be stay with this hotel, cause for us it's the worst one for 4 star hotel in this dubai
