the hotel is very conveniently located with access to metro & bus station for travelling in to the city. Below the hotel itself thers a shopping mall which has a supermarket for buying essentials. rooms were spacious and comfortable, only thing was loud noise from aeroplanes due to its close proximity to the airport!

I would like to take this opportunity to commend the excellent service at Hyatt. I’ve been a regular guest since 2020, and Hyatt has always been my first choice for everything. A special mention goes to Poojah at the front desk she has been incredibly helpful and friendly. She is a perfect fit for her role and truly deserves recognition and promotion for a job consistently well done. Overall, Hyatt, I love you! You’re simply the best and always exceed expectations not just mine, but those of many guests. A well-deserved 10 star rating!

The beds are too small, and the pillows are uncomfortable. Very different from the wonderful experience we had at other Hyatt hotels, particularly with the assigned personnel in the reception area who were unapproached and cold.
