Very amazing place to stay with a great view of sea from the room. The staff was also very helpful and nice. The food was delicious and the room service was also fast. Overall an amazing experience.

From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect! The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a big smile. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with stunning views. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options, and the pool area was just amazing for relaxing. The location was peaceful yet close to Kata Beach, which made it even better. Special thanks to the entire team for making our stay so memorable — we truly felt at home. Property is nice located in bit up hill but offers good , nice and cosy room and with magnificent view of beach , polite and humble receptionist , they provide Tuk tuk to and fro from beach to hotel, breakfast was awesome and the dinner too , Miss Pound was kind in taking our orders and quick in reply , this property has swimming pool , library and nice ambience , Rooms were clean , basic amenities were provided . Over all recommend to stay

The hotel experience was lovely and the rooms were very spacious. The bathroom has a bath tub to shower in which can be an issue for elderly people to get in and out of. The view from the deck is something to look out for. The breakfast spread is decent and works for a non vegetarian person. If you're a vegetarian, the options are quite limited. All in all, a great option to stay at if you want to be away from the noise and enjoy a peaceful stay

This is the best accomodation in our whole trip. It has a speactular beach view from the garden where you can have very tasty cocktails and end enjoy the stunning view. Food is awesome. They provide a complete-nary shuttle service to beach every one hour till evening 6:00 pm. I would say this property is couple friendly, budget friendly. Food and amenities are topnotch. We definitely visit again next year

This hotel is on a great hight, so if you wish to walk outside hotel for market it will be a tedious job. I had to hire auto every time i wanted to go back to hotel even if distance was 50 meter. Ac in the room is not even, some rooms are cold like hell and for some it doesn’t even work. In my case i had to switch room in midnight because it wasn’t cooling. To compensate this they offered a foot massage of 15 min which is actually nothing compared to trouble we faced. Hotel staff is very rude. Be very careful while booking garden view room as we got a balcony right next to a wall of other property with 2 trees to full fill garden view requirements. I checked other rooms a well and very few you would worth paying. Most the rooms doesn’t even the hype. It’s a five star property but honestly you won’t feel like it. For a glass of water at reception area they asked me to pay for it. Overall if you have no expectations. Go for it you won’t be disappointed else you will have days full or regrets

The hotel was a terrible experience- not clean, unhelpful staff at checkin and reception. declined to even call the hotel manager saying he left for the home at 5 pm checkin time. Refused to get the room cleaned. Hygine n clenliness is not even of a 3 star property, not sure

The stay was very pleasant. Hotel has a breathtaking view and an equally good pool. The food is good and the staff is very cordial. Its a 10 mins walk from the beach but the climb is very steep and not recommended for senior folks. The rooms are very spacious. Overall 8/10 for the services and 9/10 for the stay.

An excellent property away from the hustle of patong but conveniently connected with the city. It is near to kata beach. The staff were courteous and allowed early check-in. The restaurant is good and had limited vegetarian options. They need to improve on the vegetarian menu for breakfast. The pool and other facilities are superb. It is recommended for stays with family and couple.

I recently spent seven wonderful days at the andaman cannacia resort and spa in phuket and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff's politeness and hospitality stood out. They were always ready to assist with a warm smile, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The rooms were another highlight. Neat, cozy, and well-maintained, they offered a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The decor was tasteful, and the amenities provided ensured a comfortable stay. Housekeeping was efficient and ensured that the room was kept in pristine condition every day. The location of the resort is fantastic. It is easily accessible to nearby areas, making it convenient to explore local attractions and beaches. Whether i wanted to visit the bustling markets or enjoy the serene beaches, everything was just a short drive away. One area that i feel could use improvement is the breakfast menu. While the quality of the food was good, the variety was somewhat lacking. The menu remained the same throughout my stay, and adding more options and variety would greatly enhance the breakfast experience. A bit more creativity and variation in the breakfast offerings could make a significant difference for guests staying multiple days. Overall, my stay at andaman cannacia resort and spa was delightful. The combination of polite staff, comfortable rooms, and the resort's prime location made for a memorable vacation. I highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting phuket, with the hope that they will consider diversifying their breakfast menu in the future.

They demand for 3000 baht from each traveller as refundable security deposit. They charge for addl water bottles. Location is on hill with steep slope, so it becomes tough for walkers to reach to hotel from kata beach.

THE WORST STAY EVERRR… pls dont go by the looks of the pictures.. the staff is the rudest i have ever seen in my lifee.. specially the duty manager Ms . she has no work ethics and no customer service.. for a check in of 1400hrs we got a check in at 1600 and remorse. Mosquitos in room.. stale breakfast.. pls save your money and book some other property or sleep on the beach but not this property!!!

We cancel-led our booking as the room was shabby and air conditioning was poor. Felt cheated by the hotel

Checkin was post 3pm, had to wait for more than one hour water is not free at all (this is overall phuket problem)

Amazing hotel it’s quite huge and pretty. Had a great time. The breakfast was good too. The staff is friendly.

Good : the place is, resort, interior and exterior are very good. Bad : staff's attitude is something i was most worried about. Their staff is not friendly at all, on top of that during the checkout when we asked for luggage assistance, few things from room went missing. When we called them about it, they outright denied this without verification.
