Lovely food and ambience and very scenic beautiful sea view I will recommend this place to visit in Phuket

It is a beautiful resort with aesthetic views but the staff is not up to the mark. They were charging 150 bhatt for having a laundry bag which was really shocking.

Pleasent stay at Hotel, very good location, rooms are very cosy, service is good, just 5 mins walk from beach (road cross only), family stay friendly

Very clean hotel with a nice swimming pool. However, reaching the room requires 3 lifts which is inconvenient. Good location, very close to the beach.

Excellent resort with huge rooms and bed. Wonderful view of the pool and kata beach from the room and balcony. Very hospitable staff. Excellent breakfast buffet and ala carte menu if you choose to have any other meal. Two minute walk to kata beach. We had pre-booked our excursions to phi phi island etc but the hotel also helps with this. 7-11 nearby for anything else you need. Lots of eating joints on the main road. Our recommendation is kiri which had an excellent assortment of food items. Great presentation and good quality food. Will come here again. We had taken two rooms with a connecting door as my kids are big but three people can stay easily in one room. Go for the beach view room if it’s in your budget. We spent a lot of time in the pool as well which had a bar etc there. Tip - if you want a cab download bolt app it’s the cheapest. Grab is good too with which you can order food etc as well.

We paid approx 250 usd per night and the service and room was no where close to even a 3 star property. I definitely won't recommend this property to indian especially as i saw massive difference in how they were treating the european guest vs us. We had asked for a laundry bag as they didn't have a shoe bag but we got multiple calls from the front office - this is a basic need for a 4 star - they made such a fuss of the same. The experience has been so unfortunate that will never recommend anyone to this hotel.

Food was very good. Loaction superb, close to the beach and amazing views. Facilities are great, two pools, gym, clean and neat, with happy hours offers. Activities organized every night: bbq, movie night, thai food night, nye party. Staff is polite, helpful and speaks fair english. Excursions organized by hotel. Small gifts rvery other day ( fruits and nye)

Great property at kata. Hotel is great and right opposite to the beach. 2 good indian restaurants available within a km range. Staff is awesome and available for help whenever needed. Highly recommended.

Chanalai garden is a big property with amazing architecture. The rooms are very nice and clean. The pool is awesome the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good. Had a lovely time there.

Good but for sea view room you have to climb lot of stairs otherwise hotel good near beach food was also good

We went as a family with an infant and the property is spread across levels. We chose the sea facing room which was at the highest block and not accessible by stroller. We requested for a room change which was overlooking the pool yet sea facing which was lovely. The staff everywhere were very polite and helpful. Food options were limited in the in room dining but decent. Breakfast buffet was also repetitive and limited to some extent. The pools were lovely and the kids enjoyed themselves. The property is slightly old which can be seen in the lightings and fixtures in the rooms. Location was excellent- a little off the main kata beach area yet accessible to the beach next to a nice shack.

The property is old and sadly not maintained well. Breakfast spread is not very great and hardly any options for vegetarians for lunch/dinner. The washrooms were pathetic, the taps had all salts sediments which were never cleaned, the floor and the bath tub had stains. There were too many and confusing steps to reach our room. I stayed for 3 nights and would never prefer this stay again
