Lk pattaya was a fantastic place to stay in pattaya. It was total value for the money charged. I would highly recommend the place for stay and would love to stay here again. Great things about lk pattaya : 1. Great room with an excellent view, specially if you manage to get room on top floors. It offers great view of the city. 2. Well maintained rooms with good clean beds and noise free interiors. 3. Clean bathrooms 4. A central remote clock to control the lights and temperature from your bed. Loved this feature. 5. The place is centrally located near all action but far away from noise - a sweet spot. 6. The staff is excellent and helpful right down to reception, room cleaning staff to the staff in the breakfast room. The entire staff in the breakfast section from john, wing etc. Were amazing. The people in reception like suwit, dd were very helpful. The only exception was the scowling old lady manager in the breakfast section, whose only job was to ask people's room number in the most jarring way possible. I wonder how she is allowed to face customers ) 7. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Lot of options and great variety. However it is not without glitches, there are few i would bring up here, i am not sure if it is for all rooms but found it my room : 1. I could see few roaches here and there in the room. 2. The tiles in one of the rooms i stayed and the tiles in balcony were loose and shaky and i mentioned to them about it. To their credit, they immediately changed the room for me and arranged help to move across rooms. 3. The vegetarian options in the breakfast can be improved upon. 4. The balconies could have been provided with a chair and a small table though so we sit and enjoy the view. Overall a good place.

Location is Good. The buffet was good too. I was not satisfied with the amenities. I booked a Deluxe Room. A Bathtub is mentioned in the list of amenities but it was not there. When I raised the issue with the Staff, they said that none of the Deluxe Rooms in the إ كاي بريزيدنت has a bathtub. I felt sad and surprised. I have no idea whom to blame. Either it is the fault of Booking Agent or Hotel Administration. It should be sorted out and correct information must be given. A bad mouthing publicity should be avoided. We stayed here for five days and i must say our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. The location is easily accessible to various shops, restaurants and night life. Hotel is clean and spacious. Staff are courteous and helpful. They have a breakfast buffet and it was scrumptious. We will definitely opt for this إ كاي بريزيدنت next time.

it is at a convenient location, not very far from activities, but in a quite area. Breakfast spread was good. However, no indian item available in the breakfast menu. Rooms are big in size and we'll furnished. only drawback is, swimming pool is of very small size. Overall, a very good إ كاي بريزيدنت

Very clean إ كاي بريزيدنت and room size with balcony and bath room, very comfortable. House keeping top class and very dedicated. Location ok but not on the baht bus route for quick movement in pattaya. Breakfast available at thb 350 but with less options for vegetarians.

Property Location: very good - at the main road, 7-11 is right outside. Service: the staffs are very courteous and very supportive, they all are at one call away 24/7. Highly recommend the property for business as well as leisure travellers.

Really loved staying in this إ كاي بريزيدنت during my trip, it had great view from balcony on the 14th floor. Outside food is allowed so i use to order food. Pool is also good.

overall إ كاي بريزيدنت is good ..only problem is for Indians ,vegetarian options are less in breakfast and cigarette smell is always there in room .
