having traveled to numerous countries and stayed in countless hotels, i’ve found very few that offer outstanding service at a reasonable price. out of all the hotels i’ve experienced, this property stands out as one of my top choices. if i ever visit singapore again, i will make it a point to stay here. here’s why: 1. effortless check-in/check-out: the process was incredibly smooth and efficient. i was able to complete both check-in and check-out in less than two minutes—no long waits at the lobby! the self-check-in system was user-friendly and impressive. 2. fast elevators: despite the high number of guests, the elevators were remarkably quick, minimizing any waiting time to get to my room. 3. impeccable housekeeping: the rooms were cleaned meticulously every single day. the housekeeping staff was highly trained, professional, and attentive to detail. 4. diverse and inclusive staff: one of the highlights was the diversity among the staff. employees from various ethnic backgrounds were welcoming and professional, and there was absolutely no hint of discrimination—a rare quality even in some high-end properties. suggestions for improvement:
i would love to see a food scan menu, complete with pictures of the dishes, available in the rooms or accessible via the tv. i only discovered later that the hotel’s restaurant offers delicious food at very reasonable prices. having this information upfront would have been extremely helpful. this property exceeded my expectations and is truly worth recommending. from seamless service to thoughtful inclusivity, they’ve set a benchmark for quality hospitality. thank you yotel for making our singapore trip a great experience.
