it was an amazing experience, hotel was clean & tidy ,has proper kitchen & staff is very cordial best part its loctaion is close to mrt, bus stop, Indian restaurants, malls & mustafa centre.

Owen house is located at a superb location in front of saravana bhavan and walking distance of ferrer Park MRT, very convenient especially for Indians who are particular about food. the hotel come with a basic kitchen and clean bedroom. I stayed here for 5 days with family overall decent stay, Full marks for location!

Stayed for 6 days cleaning was performed for 3 days once, can maintain with better cleanliness, asked for compulsory card based deposit where no prior information on this was provided in booking, no drinking water was provided was informed to use dispenser from 4th floor, no open windows, no wardrobes - it was a open table with hanger. Easy to commute as it was in city centre and near to Little India for food. Not worth considering the amenities and stay experience!

Property location is perfect in terms of mrt and bus services. No food provided. Room cleaning is not daily , once in 3 days. No 24x7 reception. Not a hotel, kind of PG having common kitchen for all rooms

I stayed one night at Owen House by Habyt in Singapore and checked in late at night. I was quite surprised to find that there was not a single bottle of drinking water provided in the room, and there was no intercom available either. I had to go down to the reception to request drinking water, but the staff informed me that they do not provide water to guests. By that time, most of the staff had already gone to sleep, and with no nearby shops open, I had no option but to go to bed without any water. It was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

we stayed here for 5 nights, the location is excellent, staff is very good, courteous and helpful, specially Farah Natasha. But the hotel is more like a Air BNB as they dont hve active restaurant or room service. The only thing i didn't like about this Hotel is that they do room cleaning after 3 days and bed linen change after 6 days which doesn't sound hygenic. This is the only hotel i found in Singapore to have Bidet in toilets

Very rude staff at reception. Even after rooms were ready, they did not let us check in early and made us wait purposely. Ruined our entire experience

Location is good, next door to an MRT station, lots of Indian and vegetarian food options around. The hotel is nowhere close to a 4 star property . this is more of a hostel upgrade, 2.5 to 3 star max. very limited facilities, not even a water bottle in your room. Very basic, but since it was newly renovated, it was manageable.

Clean bathrooms; Towels changed & house keeping done on request. Proximity to MRT & Veg restaurants is an added advantage. Laundry services cost SGD 18 additionally.

Hotel is well located near ferrer pary mrt stn and indian restaurant and mustafa center. Hotel staff is quick to respond for any query or assistance. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Nice, comfortable stay. We have suit room, which had one queen bed and one sofa bed. Initially I was given family suit room, but they told that it was given by mistake. That was the only glitch. Room size was good, had Microwave, which helped us preparing Maggie. House cleaning was every 3rdday, which might not be ok.It was very near to MRT, which was very convenient. In front of the hotel, Pure Veg Restaurant-Savarnabhavan was there, so, it was very convenient. Deluxe double room was small room.

Great location near to the bus stop and MRT. Fast room services even at night. Perfect for family as they have a decent kitchen, anyone can use to make food there. Staff is professional and helpful

Owen House was a great stay. Spacious room, good location, MRT station just a minutes' walk away. In all a good and cost effective option if you are finding a good place to stay at as an Indian. Mustafa centre is also nearby so shopping/grocery is always an option.

Very good maintenance, services and location. Amenities reasonable and supportive. Rooms are good sized for a 2 member to stay with adaptable pricing. Ambience in the lobby and Bar facilities encouraging to have brief visitors

Owen house by habyt was good overall we had a good stay
