The rooms were not standardized. We book one room and one of our friends had booked the exact same room. However, when we entered both rooms, they were significantly different. One of the rooms seemed smaller and a tiny window whereas the other room has a huge window. When we asked the staff on the same, they said both are same - just the window is creating the difference. We stayed in both rooms and the experience was very different. If guests are paying the same price for the same room, rooms should be standardized. We felt like we were paying the same price for a downgraded room. Housekeeping didn't clean used glasses even when asked. Rest- everything was fine. Food was okay. Breakfast was extremely expensive (30 SGD per person per day--- very expensive Vs outside) We had breakfast for a few days and it was fine only- filling and yum!

We stayed at Village Hotel Bugis for 6 nights as a family and had a great overall experience. The rooms were spacious, though the bathroom could have been more comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, with most major attractions close by. While the breakfast is on the expensive side, it does offer a wide variety of options

the stay was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was very good and the staff of the hotel was very cooperative. They even allowed me to check in 2hrs before and also made me available the microwave facility in their hotel.

for Indian traveller the location is just right. Bugis Metro is 300 meters distance. Little India is under a kilometre again walkable distance. The breakfast at the hotel was good and had Indian food options daily.

Hotel was very excellent and the staff was very cooperative . also we had a check in timing at 2:00 p.m. but we got a due to Staff was very kind enough to give us at 12:00 p.m. so nice of them even the restaurant also and the food of the breakfast was very good. hotel location was very good all the Market was very near to the Hotel. All the Indian restaurants was also near to hotel.

Every thing was good. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Room and beds were very clean. The breakfast was excellent with Indian, Asian and other choices. After checkout they allowed us to store our luggage at front desk until evening, as our flight is at night.

The rooms are just functional and neat. There is no sound proofing and we can hear neighbour sounds. It’s not upgraded and looks retro. We did not explore the food in the hotel. The rooms are basic and functional.

Good service and neatly arranged room. The family room that we got was spacious enough. When we returned after sight seeing, the rooms were always spick and span. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options which included some Indian cuisine as well which is appreciated. There was a live counter too which provided omelettes of choice though scrambled egg was always in buffet menu- I've not seen live counters in my abroad trips till now. The service was also really good. And a special fact i appreciate the most- the hotel provided non diary creamer in the rooms along with complimentary coffee. Me being a coffee lover and lactose intolerant never had the luxury of having coffee in room while on trips. But the special gesture of the hotel made it possible this time. The hotel also has an in- house turkish restaurant. We tried a few dishes once and they were delicious. Thank you for your service and for making our stay there pleasant and memorable ❤️ 😊

I had a fantastic experience staying in this property. I didn't get a chance to explore the food but I had a good time in the swimming pool and Gym. Hospitality and service is up to the mark. the staff is cooperative. Room service like cleaning the room everyday, changing bed sheets every day, refilling tea and coffee every day. The overall experience was fantastic.
