As we all 9 family members stayed in 3 rooms, we all are satisfied by Hotel services and good behavior of all staff members and all shift doing receptionists. The only drawback is there is only a single socket in each room for charging devices. But ultimately the Hotel is perfect for family stay.

Travelled with my parents. The pictures made the room seem cleaner and neater than it really is. I can definitely vouch that, you would not want to stay here with family. It's more of cheap student stay. There are no lifts or bellboys in the this. You would have to carry your heavy suitcases by yourself. The breakfast buffet is just bread and coffee. Only reason you should chose this place would be it's connectivity to Sentosa, gardens by the Bay, Chinatown, little India. (that's it)

Absence of lift a great problem and moreover very cozy room in the mid night they made all guests to come f own as there was a fire alarm ringing but after one hour knew nothing why it alarmed.

We had a good experience and comfortable stay at Lai Ming Hotel Cosmoland but the only thing that need to improve is the breakfast. Because it was just like drinking tea with bread and butter. I had traveled, this is the worst breakfast I had, didn't get what I expected.

First no lifts, you have to carry your own luggage no matter how much you have. Stairs are very narrow. Towels and bedspread are in pathetic condition, there was no lock to the bathroom, had to personally call them and get it fixed. Toilet flush was broken, no hot water, complained but no fix. Breakfast is only bread with margarine not butter, but you have to stand in a queue to collect it. Don't be fooled by free breakfast, you pay for it.
