Disappointed with the service. Beautiful resort no doubt but the service plays a big role. The first room they gave us was infested with little ants and I got bitten with little bumps all night. Then they moved us the next day. The room was nice buy wifi didn't work here. The room phone didn't work either. At tea time, the biscuits given were limp and cake was dry. I asked them to do the house keeping while we went for lunch and was told it would be done but when we came back it still wasn't done.. The staff don't make it any easier for you, and quite laid back and lazy

Terrible management, at the time of checkin they told us that there are no charges. After two days they asked us to pay $360 for speed boat transfer and $60 for green tax. This is not a great experience
