The sunrise ocean view room that I had opted for was the best view one could ask for. The room was spick and span. The staff cleaned the room immediately upon request. There were limited veg. options for breakfast, however, the pancakes were yumm with the blueberry compote. The property was good. It was facing the ocean and right opposite the property there were water sport activities. Every tourist attraction was walking distance. Velena Airport is a 15-min drive on road. We had opted for sunrise ocean view and the room was big enough with a view as lovely as expected.

Terrible Stay

An unpleasant stay at paralian. The management remains apathetic and indifferent to its customers. A big marble slab from wash basin came down and broke my toe with a deep cut. Not even a formal apology but the management didn't care about it till i left the hotel after a week of stay at the hotel. The only saving grace was it's cleaning staff who were helpful. I used to be a regular visitor to this hotel and near ones. But never again.

Love the location of the stay. The host was very helpful. I had no problem in staying and i was upgraded to room 401 sea view is was a suit room. Beautiful view from the room. Stayed for 2 night little expensive but had a great time the only thing i was dissopointed was my son had left a belt in the closet when we checked out and went to a nearby hotel. I called the but they did not resp-once well and there was lot of noise in the ac of 401 and had a cooling problem as it was friday they could not rectify rest all was good the host was very helpful.
