Family long stay

The suite was apt for a family of 4 and room and housekeeping were good. The food was disappointing and we never ate much despite booking a half board option. The breakfast had the same set menu everyday and there was no place to even sit in the morning. The overall service was average and the staff did not seem to put an effort into any request. It was an average 3. 5 star hotel that did the basics right but nothing beyond that.

The hotel is clean and location is great! however the room we got was accessibility room with low sink and no partition to the bathroom which was annoying. I didn't like when we requested for a normal room they said this is the category you booked and we can't help maybe better to mention your deluxe rooms are all accessibility rooms
