We face one issue as we booked room with king size bed, but they provide us twin beds. They said no more availablity. Then we requested them to make it's together, they refused. Said housekeeping people will not be ready to do. Actually we tried to connect them after booking to prepare ahead before we reaching there, so that to make sure everything as per your requirement. Unfortunately it was group call and not able to connect particular hotel reception/reservation team.

agfa c.business An ok place to stay or your holidays, not so great up to the level of a five star property. Location not so great, little away from the main streets of dubai. Check in took very long time for no reason. Food is good, breakfast with good spread, ideally for indians. Room finish is nothing great.

leena p. Arrogant behaviour by staff named sagar from breakfast venue and amita from reception. Very rude and insulting way of speaking. I had already complained to their manager. Kindly look into the issue. Very disappointing experience
