Poor Stay

The property is located in the heart of dubai and easy access to Dubai mall. But apart from that, nothing else can you expect from this property. The service is ZERO. We reached the place by 2PM and upon entering we had no idea where to go. Then one person from other group called their staff and informed. They then asked us to come to 3rd Floor. As a normal person, we took the 3rd Floor lift with 6 luggage carried by ourself and no support from the staff. There we see, there is nothing like a reception, its an exit area of parking and we had to wait there. This was the most upsetting start of my trip. After few minutes, a staff arrived. Honestly he should understand his own language. Total useless fellow. He told to pay the deposit and wait for room to get ready. we got room and then that's it. The intercom, stove, microwave nothing was working. And everythime I needed a help, I had to message this guy, who use to send a number. Upon calling those numbers, wait for 2 hr for a towel, 2 hours for food delivery.. Pathetic experience for the hefty money we spend for experience and service. This booking was a disaster. Only one thing good They did was, Upon messaging that i am checking out, the Bell boy was there in just 5 min. So this itself shows the eagerness of their service. *If you want a BAD stay experience, Then go for it!*

During my stay, I asked someone to clean the room but nobody came or even pick the call for 7 to 8 hours and also nobody came to fix the TV either. All of it was highly disappointing.

The property didn’t take request for a preference room. Also, we lost my baby’s god thread and they merely without making effort said that they didn’t find it. Further, we stayed there for 3 nights and they did not consider our request made to them even after the availability. To make it worse, they said they will release the block within 2 hours of check out. Unfortunately, the same was not done and they released the block only after multiple follow ups. There was no representative present at the time of check out. Further, every time each representative present at the hotel gave false promises without proper handover of information to the next one. One had to explain 4 times to 4 different representative for one simple request. The staff was very rude.

Hi its really bad experience for us since. Yesterday we checked in by 3 pm room no 1911. After i went out to loby to check some when came back door is not able to access, called the reception they request to move to to room 2911, after we shifted to room 2911 we went to swimming when coming back again room noticed there is water leakage in bath room the. Shiftier to room 3510. Here also same water leakage in bathroom and requested to move to room number 3508 it was around midnight.

I booked westminster dubai for 2 days from17th feb 2023 to 18th. I loved the place with beautiful dubai downtown view, especially burj khalifa, mesmerising moments. Staffs were really friendly and welcoming. I would definitely visit again. 2024
