Good hotel but the staff hospitality is a bit lacking

The place is located in district 1 where you want to be to be close to whatever the city has to offer. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is a little neutral/poker faced. Requests are rarely accepted. We were a group of 11 and they gave us all rooms on different floors and it became really difficult to coordinate as key card access is demarcated. We even arrived late for check in (around 430) but they said rooms weren’t ready. A request for late checkout also was accepted only after a lot of pleading and that too only for 1 room.
