Pro- The location is good and convenient. The view outside the room was good. They have a pay per use laundry system, which is cheap in comparison to standard laundry at any hotel. They have a small gym as well. Cons- There is no bell boy, so you're on your own from checking in to the checkout. There are no wardrobes in the room which makes it quite convenient to use if you're staying in for 2 or more days. Breakfast has no good options. To be honest, there is no buffet spread like any other hotel. There is neither a swimming pool in the hotel nor a bath tub inside the room, just in case you prefer these amenities. They don't have an iron table provided in the room, rather they have a common setup on the 2nd floor in case anyone needs it. They only provide 2 water bottles per day (150 ml each), any additional would charge extra( I found this weird problem across Vietnam for some reason).

Sojo, Japanese themed hotel is located just opposite to hanoi railway station. Room was very clean. Staffs were super friendly and treatee everyone with care and respect. The switch board, windows screen , lighting and including interior was ultra modern.

Sojo ga hanoi hotel was very beautiful there were lots of staff cooperatively. Location was very good. View also was the greatest view from the hotel room to city view tremendous. It was amazing experience with that hotel i wish i would ever gone in hanoi i would stay there again.

The stay at sojo hotels wasn’t as great as thought. The location was a point on, however with respect to amenities nothing was available in the room. No coffee or electric kettles in the room. Comparatively the room was also very small. We felt too congested in the room as there was no furniture at all. We faced issues to hang clothes as there were no hooks to hang clothes. Even the breakfast was not that great in the hotel. We had to go out and fetch food or do grab for the food at hotel. The decor was also very average like as if were in a train. No staff was equipped with english speaking.

Sojo ganoi is a new property right opposite to hanoi train station and within 2km radius of major sight seeing attractions. The rooms are all great especially the corner room we stayed had an impeccable view of the station and city. Breakfast served is limited for vegetarians but that will be true across vietnam. They are not well staffed at the reception especially while checking out we had to carry our luggage downstairs to the car.

The room in which i stayed was super premium room. Very classy. But problem was on service, hotel have very few staff and they are not very friendly. They talk rude like anyone else on street, no service motive. This is for hostel travelers. So cheap and good rooms with good breakfast
