Went during Dorian hurricane warnings!

All hotel amenities were closed during the Dorian hurricane warnings like pool, Beach access, etc. But that didn't stop the hotel from charging hotel resort fees. On asking why they had no answer. Staff is very rude about checkout policy i.e. 11 a.m. Even if you are late by half and hour without informing the front desk they want to bill it in your room. So always inform the front desk if you are getting a bit late for checkout. Property otherwise is at a great location. But since we went at a time when there was a hurricane warning, there was nothing much to do.
