I allowed to check in so late as there wifi is down and service is pathetic and next day breakfast is worst I never seen and I would like to have refund for that as I check in so late they keep me waiting for so Long! Thanks please refund it my money back

I won't say who or where as I don't want to get employees fired, but maybe the hotel should keep an eye on employees using unprofessional substances on the job. The tub wouldn't hold water, literally. The area to get to the hotel parking is very unsafe and completely exposed to risks/hazards for the guests. I was there 3 nights, the first two nights of internet usage was fine, the 3rd night when I needed to complete a project for the next day, no internet. Even their tech couldn't resolve the issue. When I left the location, I could connect with any other internet resource available. This issue could have cost me greatly. I will not be back nor will I provide any recommendations to others. Harsh but accurate.

Wonderful stay at La Crystal Hotel

We had a nice and comfortable stay at La Crystal. It is located at Compton area. If you plan to go to Santa Catalina Island, Long Beach port is close to it. Even Disneyland is comparatively close by. Rooms were cozy, room facilities were good, nice staff to make your stay comfortable.

The Hotel was overall good but the location was not that good. Every tourist attraction is far from this. There are very few restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the bath tub could be increased.

Stay was good Hotel charge extra for security by credit card only and they can reverse the payment after 7 working days from the date of check out breakfast was very poor and location is not good for Indians after 7. 30 Pm this Hotel run by China owner and staff.
Room is good but in room no enough light only night lamps breakfast very poor and every day same breakfast without water if you book the room including breakfast again you have to pay extra per person for poor breakfast and this property of Hotel location is not good and safe after 7. 30 Pm.
