Like previous reviewers, I agree this Lord Nelson Liverpool by Compass Hospitality is a little tired looking. However I paid 29 for one room and the room and bedding etc felt clean. The continental breakfast next day was a bit limited but as it was in the price I couldn't complain. The shower in my room was odd! You had to let the hot tap in the sink run and then you turned on the shower. I can honestly say it did take about 3 to 4 minutes to get hot. What a waster of water! There are no soaps or gels in the bathroom, so take you own. But as I said, for what I paid for a Lord Nelson Liverpool by Compass Hospitality right next to the station it was okay. I will stay there again.
