Our stay at Holiday Inn Dubai Business was pleasant. We had the Premium Corner King Room for 6 nights. Breakfast spread was limited and repetitive (as compared to other hotels in the same price range), but the quality of every item was top notch. Location- very central as we had plans to visit all directions. Rooms and amenities were essentially clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. Some sockets in the room were not working initially, but they were fixed upon request. Pool was clean and inviting. Overall a good stay.

My booking said my final bill has the tourism fees included, but i was asked to pay it again at the reception during check-in. Hotel staff denied coordinating with MakeMyTrip and make me call them. It too 2 and a half hours for me to coordinate between UAE and India. Hotel staff didn’t seem very warm, fake smiles. As if they looked at you a certain way. Only respect for emiraties.

The room was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were very courteous: 10-on-10 for this. Location was also good with easy connectivity to various parts of dubai. However, the food options were very limited for indians. Hardly anything, especially for vegetarians. Breakfast spread was also limited.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Dubai Business was pleasant. We had the Premium Corner King Room for 6 nights. Breakfast spread was limited and repetitive (as compared to other Holiday Inn DUBAI BUSINESS BAYs in the same price range), but the quality of every item was top notch. Location- very central as we had plans to visit all directions. Rooms and amenities were essentially clean. Staff was very polite and helpful. Some sockets in the room were not working initially, but they were fixed upon request. Pool was clean and inviting. Overall a good stay.
