Terrible Stay

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. There was a lizard in my room—completely unacceptable for any property, let alone one that claims to be a boutique resort. It made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe the entire stay. To make matters worse, the staff didn’t seem too concerned or helpful when I reported it. The room itself wasn’t well-maintained, and overall hygiene was questionable. Definitely not the relaxing getaway I was hoping for. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to anyone.

Amazing experience with early check in, welcome drinks, beautiful room with pool access and direct access to beach front. Polite, humble and helpful hotel staff. They have bikes as well to roam around for guests.
