Very old hotel with all outdated amenities. The balcony hardly one person can stand. Washroom lighting are insufficient. If anything in the room is missing you will be charged. They don't give the second key card. No pen /pencil in the room. AC is not up to the mark

Location wise it is good, can walk to beach, walking street, night bazar, etc. Staff was nice, welcoming and helpful. Room was good, clean and spacious but little outdated, lights were dim basic tv with only thai channels, can't stream youtube or other apps. Only one keycard, so you cannot keep the room cool when you go out. No remote for ac. Balcony can be used only for stand and smoking, no space to sit.
