Amenities list 21 but actually no water sports and too far from the main city and all the services very expensive

The hotel under it's list of amenities mention water sports and tours but there aren't any such thing. The shuttle service to Krabi Town is when nothing is there and for each and every service the charges are double and triple even the snacks in the room is chargeable. No restaurant comes to deliver since it's very far and breakfast for vegetarian is roti and some horrible curry. The staff is not fluent in English and it's difficult to communicate. Overall the experience was terrible.
