Our stay at this hotel was absolutely dreadful. The location may have been decent, but the rooms were simply appalling. The washrooms were extremely unhygienic, lacking a proper mirror and with non-functioning lights. We had booked a supposedly luxurious room, yet it was evident that it had been poorly constructed, with uneven flooring and walls that looked utterly pathetic.
